but i'm not a runner!!

This all started with a little thing called a triathlon.

Now that that's over it's back to just trying to work out and be healthy.

BIG NEWS: From now one this site will be a mix of the trials and tribulations of 3 ladies as they strive to be healthy.

day 40 and 41

day 41 sched

sched: 25 min bike

actual: 30 min run

for some reason i was convinced i was running today. tough run today, i was hung over. and for some reason i had a very sore left calf muscle. 

i just ran and got it over with.

yesterday i biked. it was great. but not as good as biking will be when i get my bike next week!!
