This all started with a little thing called a triathlon.

Now that that's over it's back to just trying to work out and be healthy.

BIG NEWS: From now one this site will be a mix of the trials and tribulations of 3 ladies as they strive to be healthy.

day 34

schedule: 25 min bike

this is a testimony, as stated above, of my battle to get in shape for a triathalon in the face of things i love, like beer.

i would say that last night, beer won. and so did nyc as i was out wayyyy past this girl’s bedtime forĀ  school night

so this morning there was quite a fight going on in my groggy mind: to get up and bike or not to get up and bike.

i’m proud to say i didn’t lose and i went to the gym! it is either a. a testimate to my dedication or b. my in ability to break from habit even in the face of great personal strain. though i’m not sure how i made it to the gym, i may be constructing a new list of “what to do to avoid a hangover” that includes going to there.

biking for 25 minutes was hardly strenuous but i did try to push myself.

ah, well! on with the weekend!!
