actual: 30 min strength training class at nysc
i’ve been saying for a while that i wanted to do more strength training. after a month of little to no measurable activity, i decided i was lacking confidence and motivation on the subject.
i decided to go to this class to kickstart my efforts.
OH BOY.
at the end of class going Down stairs was hard and lifting my arms to adjust my ponytail was exhausting!
but i loved it! the leader had this deep booming voice that kept me motivated and it was hard but it will definately get better.
