This all started with a little thing called a triathlon.

Now that that's over it's back to just trying to work out and be healthy.

day 31 REST WEEK!

schedule: 15 min run

Every Monday for the past 4 weeks I have been at the pool and on the treadmill or bike. Imagine my surprise when, after packing up my bag, I looked at my schedule and saw “15 min run” in the box where “25 min run, 20 min swim” or something usually stood. In short, I LOVE REST WEEK. 

I decided to try and make the most of my 15 minutes so I actually used the random hill function on the treadmill and tried to keep my pace up in the higher end of my comfort zone. I think it went pretty well.
