This all started with a little thing called a triathlon.

Now that that's over it's back to just trying to work out and be healthy.

day 25

schedule: 30 min bike

the fact that i have had no break since sunday is taking it’s toll.

plus we had trivia last night.

i am exhausted.

funnily enough just last night we were discussing the hierarchy of stationary biking

hardcore: cycling class

mediocre:upright bike

lazy: “recliner” bike

can you guess which one i chose today?

ah well, maybe a bit of a pointless workout but at least i didn’t give up and let myself sleep in (or call in to work and sleep all day which is what i actually wanted to do)
