This all started with a little thing called a triathlon.

Now that that's over it's back to just trying to work out and be healthy.

schedule: 25 min run

running is definitely getting easier which i totally love. its so nice to feel the results of your work and being able to increase the pace on the treadmill is so satisfying!

i’ve been having a hard time getting up. it’s sunny. i have weird dreams. it’s weird.

but boy i’m looking forward to having a day off.
