schedule: 30 min run
Today’s work out was left over from last week/weekend’s chaos. I sort of wish I could sleep instead.
I’m really glad that I’ve made myself get up and go to the gym every morning and I hope the morning never comes where I let myself sleep in. That will be the beginning of the end of successful training.
I think I owe my success to two things. 1. my lofted bed (curse!) and 2. having multiple alarms (one not reachable from said bed). I have been known to shut of alarms and wake up just before it would be considered “too late” to get to where i need to be on time (usually work). Having to climb down a ladder sure does wonders for your level of awakedness.
This morning I just did a little run. I was pretty sluggish at first, but I warmed into it by the end. As I was searching for stretching space I noticed a class going on. Club strength! It starts at 645 every Tuesday, perfect b/c this is a day I’m not doing a tri training activity. I am hoping to add this to my schedule as soon as next week. I’m never going to get toned up unless I actually do something to tone myself…
