schedule: 25 min swim, 30 min bike
weekly weigh in 159 :( no change
skipped workouts this whole weekend. well, not skipped perse, readjusted.
on saturday i actually really wished i could go running, which is odd because it was pretty sunny and hot in dc.
the workout went fine this morning and i got to work in plenty of time.
i feel like i don’t have very much interesting to say about the training right now so i’m not going to.
