but i'm not a runner!!

This all started with a little thing called a triathlon.

Now that that's over it's back to just trying to work out and be healthy.

BIG NEWS: From now one this site will be a mix of the trials and tribulations of 3 ladies as they strive to be healthy.

Day 18

Schedule: 25 min swim

Slooow to wake up today.

The pool was crowded when I got there. I had to swim in the lane with the ladder in it. Against the ladder with this “I’m Super Into Swimming” guy. It wasn’t cool.

I switched lanes asap and it was MUCH better. I started thinking about the way I’m swimming. When I started, I mainly just wanted to get back in the pool, get more comfortable in the water and what not. Now I am thinking maybe I should work on some actual training, some speed sets? building arm/legs muscles specifically? I’m not sure but maybe I’ll see if I can find a good online training schedule specifically for the pool (Then I’ll be just like that “I’m Super Into Swimming” guy but whateva).

I was starving afterword and went to my friendly coffee cart lady for a bagel!

While in the pool I considered how I’d like to lose a little weight through this whole process. It’s not that I think I’m very over-weight. I actually think, most of the time, clothed, I look pretty good. But for how tall(short) I am I should probably not weigh as much. Also, the whole flat stomach that has eluded me since, well, puberty would be a nice thing to attain. So going forward I’m going to try and actually do sit ups and lift and eat an orange instead of a bagel (whoops, starting tomorrow).

So here’s for new goals and what not!
