schedule: 25 min run
omg! i woke up today bright-eyed and bushy tailed to a sunny bedroom and a 5:50 alarm. that almost never happens.
my run felt good and i ran the whole 25 minutes without groaning or moaning. it’s hard to tell if this is because of the way i woke up or the training paying off. honestly, does it matter? nope!
i did some quick stretches and headed home to get out the door in time to walk in the beautiful weather to work.
