This all started with a little thing called a triathlon.

Now that that's over it's back to just trying to work out and be healthy.

day 10

schedule: 30 min bike

sooooooooo hard to get up this morning. it was finally cool in my room due to the newly rediscovered oscillating fan and the delightful rain last night.

i just wanted to stay and sleep in the cool.

instead i got up and went to the gym. the biking was okay but i was reading the whole time (on writing by stephen king lent to me by my good friend anna) i only went about 10 miles. not what i would think would be my best but ah well.

hopefully after the visitors and the imposing of stricter laws on going out on school nights i’ll be in better shape for am workouts.
