This all started with a little thing called a triathlon.

Now that that's over it's back to just trying to work out and be healthy.

day nine

schedule: 25 min bike, 20 min swim

monday morning weigh in: 160

uuuuuuuugh it was so hard to get up this morning. especially after the tumblr meet up last night! but i forced myself (the terrifying thought that i won’t be prepared come aug 24th is a surprising motivator). also, it was hot and sticky in my room, not ideal at all!

i sat on a low bike today rather than an upright one. i always felt like these bikes were sort of like cheating but my legs were still pretty tired at the end, and i felt like i could get a better pace.

today is the third day of seven that i’ve been in the pool. i love it! i feel like i’m really getting my strength and rhythm back. it’s awesome.

also, i overestiamted on time and got a smoothie and sat in the park and ready for 1/2 an hour before work. sort of amazing!
