but i'm not a runner!!

This all started with a little thing called a triathlon.

Now that that's over it's back to just trying to work out and be healthy.

BIG NEWS: From now one this site will be a mix of the trials and tribulations of 3 ladies as they strive to be healthy.

i really enjoy that i have a schedule that allows me two days off a week. 

usually i try to go to the gym every day knowing that i will fail in that attempt at least twice but with two included days off i don’t have to feel guilty!

also, i left a sunday night party earlish to be able to get up and go to the gym tomorrow. i think that’s pretty good!!
