day 7
scheduled: 45 min biking
switched the sched around a little bit. 45 min at the gym on a sunday would srrsly compromise my brunch schedule. it’s very important that remains.
got to bed by 2 last night (early!) so it wasn’t too hard to get up and get my workout done before noon. i can’t seem to truely figure out the bikes at the gym and so i never feel that i’m doing it right?? but i got 16 miles in over the 45 minutes so its good that i know about how long 17.5 miles would take me.
off tomorrow so i probably won’t post. next day, day nine.
