This all started with a little thing called a triathlon.

Now that that's over it's back to just trying to work out and be healthy.

BIG NEWS: From now one this site will be a mix of the trials and tribulations of 3 ladies as they strive to be healthy.

day 6 FRIDAY

schedule: 30 min swim

it was hard getting up this am. but the swimming went fine. i had to share a lane with a bear. see katherinemarie.tumblr.com 

ate a pb and j on the way to the gym which was good cuz i wasn’t hungry during the swim. 

not much else to report. getting to the gym on sunday is going to be HARD. 

need to fig how to put a calendar of my training schedule on this site.
