Acheived? 17 minutes all running above 5 on treadmill (not too bad!)
I made the hard, and very uncharacteristic, decision last night to only go to one bar and not continue drinking. I think knowing I had to get up and work out (where usually I would just excuse myself for the day) had a lot to do with it. It’s only day 3, people. I can’t quit yet!
Running went a little harder than I expected but that may have something to do with the fact that I woke up dehydrated and hungry, a bad combo going in to any work out. I need to find A morning pre-workout snack to get me going. I know they must exist I just haven’t looked into it.
My friend from out of town starts her visit this evening. I’m really nervous about what this means for my workouts.
